Q: What services are offered by RiverBranch Healthcare provide?
A: RiverBranch Healthcare offers a range of telehealth services, including mental health counseling, skin consultations, seasonal care, primary care, weight management, urgent care, and counseling services.
Q: What ages do you treat?
A: RiverBranch Healthcare provides care for patients ages 5 and above. We regret that we cannot treat children under the age of 5.
Q: Can you prescribe controlled medications?
A: No, RiverBranch Healthcare does not prescribe controlled medications.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: Yes and No. We are currently working to get set up with multiple companies. Right now, we are accepting BCBS Anthem - Blue Preferred Network, Blue Access network, Medicae HMO Product, Blue Traditional, Medicare PPO Product. We will be accepting others soon as well. You may utilize your insurance at the pharmacy for prescriptions and/or through Quest for lab services.
Q: How much do visits cost?
A: Visits start at $80 for urgent or single problem-focused visits, $135 for expanded visits, and $235 for extensive visits. Prices are subject to provider discretion. All labs are additional and billed through Quest Diagnostics.
Q: How can I pay for my visit?
A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards as forms of payment.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment?
A: You can schedule an appointment by visiting our website and using our online scheduling system, or by calling our office during business hours.
Q: What technology do I need for a telehealth visit?
A: You will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access and a webcam for video visits. We recommend using a secure, private location for your visit.
